What the terms say

• Coins, VIP memberships, gifts and other virtual items have no cash value unless the law requires otherwise.
• Completed purchases of digital goods, and services that have been used, are generally non-refundable — except where the law requires a refund or product-specific rules say otherwise.
• Payments can be processed by third-party providers, whose own terms may also apply.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse or unauthorised use can lead to cancelled orders, limits or account review.

If something went wrong with a purchase
