Safety on FlirtCam
Flirty should feel good for everyone. These are the rules, the tools and the habits that keep FlirtCam an adults-only space where you stay in control.
Our house rules
Adults only
Everyone on FlirtCam — users and hosts — must be 18 or older. Report anyone who appears to be under 18 straight away.
Consent comes first
Anyone can slow down, change the topic or end a call at any time. Paying for minutes buys time to talk, never the right to pressure someone.
No harassment
Threats, hate speech, stalking and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed. Block, report and move on.
No recording without consent
Do not screenshot, record or share someone else’s video or messages without their clear permission.
No money outside the app
Never pay, “invest” or send gift cards to anyone through other apps or websites. Real FlirtCam payments only happen on the in-app payment page.
Tools you can use in every call
Report
Available on every profile and on the call screen. Reports go to FlirtCam’s team for review.
Block
Stops someone from contacting you again. You can manage your block list in the app.
Camera off
Turn your camera off mid-call at any moment; your mic and the chat keep working.
Voice & text matching
Meet people without video at all — voice needs only your mic, text needs no permissions.
Hang up
One tap ends the call and stops billing. No explanation needed.
Verified badge
Hosts who have passed FlirtCam verification show a badge on their profile.
Warning signs of a scam
Most people on FlirtCam are just here to chat. A few are not. Stop and report if someone does any of the following:
- Asking you to move to another app “where it is cheaper” or “more private”
- Requests for money, gift cards or crypto — for travel, emergencies or anything else
- Links to outside sites asking you to log in or enter card details
- Threats to share a recording unless you pay (stop replying, report, block)
- Anyone offering to “verify your age” or “unlock features” outside the app
Privacy habits worth keeping
- Use a first name or nickname. Skip your surname, workplace, school and neighbourhood.
- Check what is behind you before turning the camera on — mail, photos and windows can say a lot.
- Use headphones when others are nearby so both sides of the call stay private.
- Keep conversations and payments inside FlirtCam, where report and block tools work.
If something goes wrong
End the call, then report the person from their profile or the call screen and block them. If you feel you are in danger or someone is threatening you, contact your local police first. For account or billing concerns, see the contact page.
